Meet the Owner

Peter Ashekian

Originally from Paramus, New Jersey, Peter lived in the Garden State all of his life. But in October 2019, he  made the move to Naples, Florida, and he couldn’t be happier to call it home. Prior to founding Gold Coast Home Watch, Peter was an award-winning Business Development professional for 27 years at RR Bowker/ProQuest, an information resource company. He also volunteered in his hometown of Bedminster, NJ, throughout this time, serving as President of his community’s Master Association, which entailed managing the property of six (6) communities and a total of 1,000+ homes. He also served as President of the community where he resided. With his business development background and comprehensive experience volunteering in property management, Peter knew the home watch business was right for him. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with third-party vendors from contractors, lawyers,  accountants, and auditors, will give anyone confidence that their home is in the right hands.

Fun Fact: After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Peter pursued a career in professional baseball, having tried out for the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox!
