My girlfriend brought a Gold Coast business card from the gym immediately after we bought our new home in Naples Reserve in 2020. Called and met Pete and have never had reason to look back. He not only provides excellent and timely services in regular watches/inspections of the house but has gone the extra mile continuously in ensuring our HVAC system is maintained, pool running correctly, grounds kept properly, water usage is correct, mail collected, etc.Pete’s work ethic and kind manner make him easy to deal with and a tremendous value to us as homeowners. I could not recommend Pete and Gold Coast Home Watch highly enough!!!!

When the fanlight in my bathroom went out, I didn’t know the first thing about how to replace it. I reasoned I’d get used to putting on makeup and taking a shower in a dimly lit room until I could figure out how to fix it or find the right resource—which I did! From Naples, Florida to northern New Jersey, Pete Ashekian and Gold Coast Home Watch came to the rescue! Pete did a search for a video that made it SO easy for me to follow that in 20 minutes, I had replaced the light.I can’t say enough about the time, effort, and commitment Pete extended to help me solve my problem—all the way from Florida. He went above and beyond any expectations. Now I know why Gold Coast Home Watch is known for its dedication to excellence. I’m hoping we’ll see a branch of Gold Coast Home Watch in New Jersey sometime in the future.

I am so impressed with Peter at Gold Coast Home Watch. Earlier this week our air conditioning, which is a little over a year old, went out in our home for a second time this year. Without even knowing us, Peter was incredibly kind enough to call my husband and me to discuss the situation and then took time out of his busy schedule to place a call to the installers of our air conditioner unit. He was helpful in bringing to their attention that even though our unit was slightly out of the 1-year warranty, it was only a year old unit and would they consider coming out to service our unit as a gesture of good faith. To make a long story short, after a few back and forth calls to the service department, they will be coming out to service us this evening as a no charge as long as it is not a maintenance-related issue. In closing, I would like to say a huge thank you to Peter for your generosity. We never would have gotten this result without your assistance. Getting to know both Peter and Mike I now know that if I am ever away and have a problem at my home they will be the first ones I call knowing they will take care of any situation with the utmost care. Pete and Mike are wonderful. They give us peace of mind when we are not in Naples. I feel very comfortable that they are doing a very thorough bi-weekly inspection.
In addition, when an issue does arise they always have resources that they can give you who can fix the issue. Just being able to get phone numbers of reliable contractors from them makes it worth using GCHW. My great confidence in them is also because of their backgrounds in property management and security. I would highly recommend Pete and Mike for any of your home watch needs, which include many services beyond just checking on your home!

I really don’t do reviews but felt the need to write one for Gold Coast. We purchased a new home in the Naples Reserve area and thought I didn’t need to hire one.
