Sometimes you need more than what a typical home watch company can offer. We aim to go above and beyond for our customers by providing them the best in class service they can’t find anywhere else, including:
- Assemble Furniture, TV Mounting and more
- Auto Services: Battery maintenance and car drop off/pick up for maintenance at an auto shop; Start car to ensure it is working properly
- Cleaning Services: Includes wiping down/throwing out items in the refrigerator, washing/drying sheets, etc.
- Departure/Arrival Care Services: Lock up house/clean home upon departure and unlock/prep home upon arrival
- Home Inspections and Services: Check that all utilities, appliances, and essentials are in full working order; Detect any issues, hazards or damage, and work with necessary contractors on repairment
- Home Inspection Assistance: We will be present in the absence of the homeowner, to assist with the walk-through while the home is being inspected.
- Home Maintenance Shopping: Pick up home supplies, including light bulbs, air filters, etc.
- Keyholder Services: Check-in/out access for renters and guests; Lock/unlock home for walk-throughs
- Mail Services: Forward mail and check mailbox to ensure mail has been forwarded
- Outdoor Maintenance: Patio/lanai power washing, pool maintenance, and weed control on the premises
- Waiting Services: Provide access for deliveries, vendors, and maintenance services; Remain in the home until service is complete and personnel have left
- Security Services: Remove as many signs of a vacant home as possible to avoid unwanted strangers, ensure alarm system is working

- Trash Services: Taking trash bins in/out

Home Storm Shield Covering
- Electric/crank shields: secured and retracted pre/post-hurricane
Pre-Storm Preparations
- Client Preparedness Meetings: Determine clients’ needs and develop an action plan in the event of a storm before storm season
- Preparedness Run-Through: Check the home for storm preparedness and provide clients with best practices and recommended services to prepare for storm season
- Pre-Storm Staging: Move outdoor furniture, grills, and other loose items into your garage to reduce the risk of airborne items from damaging your home
Post-Storm Assessments and Remediations
- Property Damage Assessment: Assess damage to the home that may have been caused by the storm once Gold Coast Home Watch deems it safe
- Damage Services: Provide cleanup and home maintenance services for any damage found with help from our extensive list of vendors and contractors to assist if necessary
We hope you understand that the safety of our staff and clients is top priority. If the community, city, or state orders us to evacuate before completing all of the above services, we will reserve the right to evacuate.
